We ship almost anywhere around the world

Shipping rates are:

$11 for all Bags.

Each order will be processed within 2-5 business days using USPS or UPS FedEx and DHL. Most in-stock items will arrive on your doorstep between 6-12 business days after receiving your order depending on where you are located.

Note: We are shipping products from our facilities in HongKong, Turkey and Malaysia.

We use the USPS and UPS to ship our products domestically (unless another way is requested). Shipments go out every Monday through Friday from 11am to 3 p.m. All orders after 3pm will be processed the next day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday. wholesale orders will be required to pay for insured shipping. Free Shipping on all orders over $150.00 USD.



International Shipments

Yes, we ship internationally! For the moment we ship to Europe, Asia, Mexico, Caribbean countries, and Canada:

  • Delivery by USPS. Most orders arrive in 6 to 12 business days. Some Countries can take up to 30 days.


Important Information about International Shipments

 

Delays in customs are common. Packages may take longer to reach international destinations than we estimate. Unfortunately, we cannot control or prevent this type of delay.

Additionally, you may be responsible for import taxes or other customs duties fees. Customs officials calculate these fees and are difficult to estimate prior to shipment. Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package.

Currency Conversions

All prices listed on our site are in U.S. dollars and charged in U.S. dollars. The bank that has issued your credit card determines the exact exchange rate you will pay, but generally, it will match very closely with the going exchange rates. Return and Exchange Policy

Vortese believes in long term relationship with customers, and get one step ahead in forging this ties with accepting refunds and offer exchange. You can contact via support@vortese.com for exchange and returns. We typically reply refund and exchange queries  within 12 hours on working days and exceptional delay of 48 hours on Sunday and holidays. Following directions pertaining to the returns may apply to customers.

  • We accept returns postmarked within 30 days of delivery date.
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
  • If you choose to be refunded in shopping credits for your next shopping spree, you will receive $5 extra in online credit once your refund has been processed.
  • Original shipping cost is non-refundable.

The customer is also entitled to refund/return, in the following cases

  1. Wrong product received by the customer
  2. Products have some defects (point no 8 will be applied on it)
  3. Product damaged in shipping (you can get an exchange free of cost or if you want a refund on this contact us on our given email)
  4. Product tampers
  5. Please Note: Change of mind is not applicable.
  6. There is a 25% restocking fee for every customer. 
  7. You will be responsible for paying the shipping back to us.
  8. If the order is cancelled (or refunded )by the customer due to any reason customer has to bear the transaction fee of 5%.

Exchange: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@vortese.com and wait for our reply we will send you the address where you send your item back for exchange.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
